HBYouth is open to 6th — 12th graders and typically meets every Sunday from Labor Day to Memorial Day from 3:30-5:30. Throughout the year, we have special retreats and outings, including Montreat in the summer and mission trips. Contact Renata DeWees (renata@hbpres.net) if you’d like to learn more!
Weekly Events
Youth Group meets at Harvey Browne every Sunday from 3:30 – 5:30pm in the Youth Center and from 9:30-10:15am for Sunday School.
Special Events
Throughout the year, the youth group will have special events. Those events could be anything! Weekend retreats, fellowship outings, fundraising events, service opportunities, and more. Details about these events will be communicated with the youth group and their adults.
Summer Trips
Montreat Youth Conference (9th-12th grades): Located in the mountains outside of Asheville, North Carolina, Montreat Conference Center hosts its annual youth conference for over 1,500 youth over the course of six week-long sessions. Youth will attend worship, small group, and recreation activities throughout the week.
Montreat Middle Conference (6th-8th grades): A similar conference to Montreat’s Youth Conference, the Middle School Conference is hosted at Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee.
