Faith Formation

Adult Sunday School Classes: Meet September through May at 9:30am.

• Sharing our Journey: This discussion based class follows the topical curriculum “Follow Me.” The class meets weekly in the Living Room.
• HB University: This lecture based class hosts leaders who teach on a subject matter. The class meets weekly in room 208.
• FRIENDS class: This discussion based class is primarily made up of folks of the FRIENDS tv show generation. The class meets weekly in the Session room.

Wednesday Night Bible Study (Sept. – May): This weekly Bible study following Wednesday night dinner is led by pastor Christine Coy Fohr and studies the Bible passage for the coming Sunday.

Presbyterian Women: Women meet in small groups on the second Tuesday of the month September through May for fellowship and Bible Study. Time and location depends on the small group.

Prime Time: A gathering for adults in the “third-thirty” of life, this group celebrates the prime of life while having fun, fellowship, and forging deeper connections.

Men’s Prayer Breakfast: Men meet on the second Saturday of the month for breakfast and study.

Midday Prayers: This weekly time of fellowship, discussion, and prayer happens every Wednesday at 1:00pm via Zoom. The zoom link can be found in the weekly Highlights email.

Fellowship

Wednesday Night Dinner: Weekly during the school year (Sept. – May) dinner is served in the gym from 5:15-6:00pm. The suggested donation is $10 for adults and $5 for children with a $25 family cap. Most weeks the meals are catered by Kingsley Meats and Catering. Programming for adults and children follows dinner.

Wellness: A variety of programs meet weekly in the church building.

• 5,000 Steps: This low impact dance class meets on Wednesday at 10am in Eline Hall and Saturday at 10am in Emory Hall. Classes are free, donations are accepted.
• Thai Chi: All skill levels welcome. Meets every Monday from 11am-12pm in Eline Hall. Classes are free, donations are accepted.
• Yoga: All levels welcome. Meets every Sunday from 4-5pm in the Session Room. Classes are free, donations are accepted.
• Pickle Ball: Every Sunday from 1-3pm in Emory Hall. Free and open to all.

Book Clubs: All are welcome for book discussion, whether you read the book or not. Check Good News to Go and the monthly Newsletter for the month’s book. Book groups meet September – May.

• Bookanalia: Meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:15 in the Session room and on Zoom.
• Pastor’s Book Group: Meets monthly on Sunday afternoons at 4:00pm.
