Harvey Browne is currently in our summer schedule. During this time, we do not have Sunday School & most programs are on break. Join us for Worship at 10:30am on Sundays.  See our calendar for our summer event happenings. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Fall Programs kick-off on Sept. 13th!

Session, Board of Trustees and Deacons

THE SESSION

At Harvey Browne, the Session is the elected governing body of our congregation, made up of ruling elders who serve alongside our pastors to help guide the life and ministry of our congregation. Together, they provide spiritual leadership, discern God’s direction for our church, and make decisions about our shared ministry, mission, worship, and life together. In the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), ruling elders are elected by the congregation and ordained to serve with compassion, wisdom, and faithfulness. From worship and mission to caring for our congregation and planning for the future, the Session helps us live out our calling to love God, love one another, and serve our neighbors.

TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees helps care for and steward Harvey Browne’s financial and physical resources so they can support the church’s ministry for generations to come. Elected by the congregation, Trustees oversee the church’s property, investments, endowment funds, and other long-term financial resources in partnership with the Session. Through thoughtful planning and responsible stewardship, the Trustees help ensure that the gifts entrusted to Harvey Browne continue to strengthen our congregation and its mission well into the future.

BOARD OF DEACONS

The Board of Deacons serves Harvey Browne by extending the care and compassion of our congregation to its members and wider community. Elected by the congregation, Deacons help ensure that members are connected, supported, and cared for through life’s joys, challenges, and transitions. The Board of Deacons equips and supports Deacons in their ministry, oversees the Deacon Compassionate Fund, and creates opportunities for connection and fellowship.
