Jim is from Indiana and is an unabashedly proud Purdue Boilermaker graduating in Interpersonal and Public Communication. Jim moved to Louisville in 1987 with spouse Kristy and their two young children, where Jim received his Master of Divinity from Louisville Presbyterian Seminary. He served for ten years as the seminary’s Director of Admissions, followed by time with the PCUSA Center, and on to many years in sales, service and the software side of the automobile business.
Through the years, whether meeting with folks about cars, leading or singing in worship, for Jim it has always been ministry. He feels clearly called to this pastoral care role at Harvey Browne Presbyterian Church.
Jim and Kristy start nearly every day with an early morning walk, and loves singing, music, exercise, and being outdoors. They are proud parents of adult children and are delighting in their grandson.
