Chris Harbeson-Borgelt is a collaborative pianist, organist, vocalist, and music educator based in the Greater Louisville area. His work centers on collaboration, thoughtful music-making, and supporting others through shared musical experiences.
Chris came to Harvey Browne Presbyterian Church with a background spanning church music, education, and performance. In addition to his work as organist, he is the co-owner of Two Grand Studio, a multi-teacher private lesson studio in New Albany, Indiana, offering instruction in piano, voice, and guitar for students of all ages. He is also a staff accompanist at the University of Louisville School of Music and serves as music director and conductor for New Albany High School Theatre Arts.
Across these roles, Chris is especially interested in inclusive approaches to music-making and the role of collaboration in artistic growth. He values the church as a place where music can foster connection, reflection, and community, and he is grateful to share in that work at Harvey Browne.
