Ben Durham was a professional musician for over a decade before transitioning into nonprofit leadership. He served on the faculty at DeSales University (Allentown, PA), where he conducted the university’s choral ensembles and liturgical music and taught music theory. A Presbyterian preacher’s kid, Ben previously served as Minister of Music at First UCC (Hellertown, PA), Director of Music Ministry at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (Doylestown, PA), and Associate Director of Music at St. Paul Lutheran Church (East Windsor, NJ). In addition to an MBA in organizational management, Ben holds an M.M. in choral conducting from Westminster Choir College of Rider University and a B.A. in music and religion from Centre College.
